ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS – MAISON FATAH®

Maison Fatah® is committed to ensuring the successful delivery of all orders and will take reasonable responsibility in managing the delivery process. However, delivery timelines may be adjusted due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, Maison Fatah® will make every effort to minimize delays and keep customers informed but shall not be held liable for delays caused by these external factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Fatah® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Customers acknowledge that all products must be used responsibly, and it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for their personal use prior to application.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, customers are advised to perform a patch test before full use. Maison Fatah® shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use. All usage is at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country of residence. Maison Fatah® is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance procedures.

Maison Fatah® reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion, particularly in cases where orders are suspected to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of internal verification procedures. In such cases, additional payment verification may be required before order confirmation or dispatch.

By using our website and services, customers agree to receive digital communications from Maison Fatah®, including order updates, promotional messages, and marketing content via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in our messages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE. Maison Fatah® reserves the right to resolve disputes through appropriate legal or administrative processes as required.
