GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

At Maison Fatah®, we are committed to delivering your orders with reliability, efficiency, and care. In compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, www.maisonfatah.ae will not provide services or ship products to any countries or individuals listed under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions.

DELIVERY TIME (UAE ORDERS)

For deliveries within the UAE, we aim to provide a fast and seamless experience. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on working days are typically delivered the next day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected if the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, so customers are advised to ensure accurate details at checkout.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Maison Fatah® offers complimentary shipping on all orders of AED 150 and above. For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee of AED 20 will apply.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status of your shipment in real time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also strive to serve customers internationally. You may browse our website and select your country from the available options.
